Well, here I am in the 2nd week of trying to get this weight off. I still need to start exercising. I planned to do one of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds video tonight, but Frank came home and plus I am so very tired from little sleep last night due to too much caffeine. What I was just telling my sister today is that if I don't exercise 1st thing in the morning I pretty much am not going to. I had toast for breakfast and a couple pieces of buttered bread in a rush for lunch. I had a snack of cheesey popcorn and some animal crackers. Then for dinner I had my mother in for dinner and fixed kielhbasi, mashed potatoes and brocoli with ice cream bars for dessert. I am still hungry, but today my sister and I started our Wednesday weekly weigh ins and I have gone up 6 pounds from our last weigh in of April 24. Bad bad bad!
While I was shopping for dinner tonight I picked up some fruit which I plan to eat this week. I plan to make myself a banana smoothie for breakfast and have a half a cantaloupe mixed with light yogurt for lunch and probably apples for dinner and maybe another smoothie. Hopefully I can fit some exercise in there.
I am still hungry and all I can think of is the leftover kielhbasi in the frig and keep trying to tell myself that I don't want it, it is too close to bedtime. I will let you know tomorrow if I succumb to it.
